Our Le Medaillon Rosé is made using the saignée method, and contains 100% Pinot Noir grapes. This method is very rare.

It allows the Champagne to retain all the flavor, structure and aroma from the Pinot Noir grape. Again, following the Le Medaillon tradition, this Rosé is aged 30 months, to create a truly unique product.

In France, virtually all Rosé Champagnes are made by blending, giving the Le Medaillon Rose a unique market position and product.

100% Pinot Noir by saignee. Aged 30 months. Second fermentation in the bottle.

A delicate blush pink color with fine and persistent bubbles.

Delicate nose of red fruit and hint of candy.

The palate is vivacious, leaving a feeling of fruity sweetness.

Rose is pleasant tasting as an aperitif or with exotic or Asian dishes. This rose will also perfect with a strawberries tart.
